London Bridge

“It’s a special thing when a song flows out of you in a natural, organic way – like somewhere out in the universe it is already written, and you happen to be in the exact right place when it wants to be expressed.  It bypasses the mind – it moves through your heart and through your fingers and past your vocal chords to make itself known in the world.  The way Teresa and I wrote “London Bridge” felt a lot like that.  We knew it was directly from Spirit, because it came through with great ease.  I played a rhythm on the guitar, a simple chord progression, and Teresa let her pen float across the page.  The entire song was finished in less than ten minutes, and we knew it was pure.  It was art from the deepest part of our souls.  It was an incredible bonding experience for us, as it was the first song we had ever written together, we hope some of the pure essence and magic of that moment comes through in the recording.”  Cameron Yergler
